Meresha has been a Friend Member at the Guild Of Music Supervisors since 2020, and at the Guild of Music since 2021. Meresha has been a musical artist and producer since 2014, first at Sonic Dolphin and then at SoundBetter since 2019. At SoundBetter, they offer production, mixing, female vocals, and songwriting services. Meresha is an "Alien Pop" innovator, described as being like pop music but out of this world.

Meresha attended Berklee College of Music and received a Bachelor's degree in Music Production (EPD).
