Erik Ralston

Erik Ralston has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Erik is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Soundbite.ai, where they led the engineering team in building a global platform using Microsoft technologies on the back-end and open-source on the front-end. The platform has been successfully delivered to Fortune 500 companies and scaled to thousands of users worldwide.

Prior to Soundbite.ai, Erik was a Co-Founder, former board member, and educator at Fuse SPC. Fuse is a shared office environment that supports the growth of first-time founders in the Tri-Cities area. Erik played a crucial role in bringing together ideas, abilities, and resources to foster growth and even helped gather investors for the Fuse Fund, which invests in early-stage ideas.

Before their involvement with Fuse SPC, Erik worked at LiveTiles as the Chief Architect. Erik joined the company as employee #15 and played a key role in scaling the 10-person US products team. LiveTiles is an Australian tech company focused on intranet and collaboration for enterprises.

Erik also has experience in mobile app development. Erik was the Lead Mobile Developer at Bedloo, where they expanded and optimized a social networking app for iOS. The app gained an audience of over 2 million users and Erik collaborated remotely with the founders in Silicon Valley.
