Iuliana Moraru has a diverse range of work experience. Iuliana started their career at Inditex in 2012 as a Sales Assistant, where they worked until 2014. Iuliana then joined betterbooqr.com as an Account Manager from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they moved to Nustay, where they held the roles of Senior Sales Manager for a brief period in October 2017 and then transitioned to become the Head of Customer Support until October 2020. Since November 2020, Iuliana has been working as the Head of Customer Support at SOUNDBOKS.

Iuliana Moraru completed their education in Business Administration from Petroleum-Gas University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they pursued further education at Copenhagen Business School and attained a Master's degree in Service Management, specializing in Msc. Service Management, from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Iuliana Moraru has also obtained certifications such as ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching from ICAgile in March 2022 and Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained in March 2021.
