Laura Wesche

Laura Wesche has extensive experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Laura began their career in 2003 as an Account Executive at Entercom, producing radio-advertising sales for the #1 rated station in Seattle. In 2006, they moved to Bring IT as a Technical Recruiter/Account Manager, providing technical staffing solutions for clients. In 2019, Wesche joined Quardev, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter, managing all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance and on-boarding. Currently, they are the Recruiting Manager at SoundCommerce, a SaaS product, where they are responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of technical passive candidates.

Laura Wesche earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Washington State University and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts & Science from the University of Washington.
