Estelle Richardson

Estelle Richardson has a diverse work experience in various roles. Estelle started their career as a Desk Receptionist at Alain Pinel Realtors in 2013. In 2014, they worked at Robert Half Technology, initially as a Sourcing Specialist and then as a Technical Recruiter, where they placed technology support professionals and consistently exceeded metrics. In 2015, Estelle joined SoundHound Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and later became the Technical Recruiter and Office Operations Manager for their Boulder, CO engineering office. Estelle relocated from the headquarters and supported software engineering hiring across multiple locations. In 2019, they were promoted to a Senior Technical Recruiter at SoundHound, and in 2022, they transitioned to the role of Employee Communications and Experiences Lead. Estelle has consistently shown success in recruiting and effectively managing operations in their roles.
