Mathieu Ramona

Mathieu Ramona is a seasoned researcher and engineer with extensive experience in audio technologies and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Staff Research Engineer at SoundHound AI since October 2020, Mathieu focuses on the Automatic Speech Recognition model for vocal AI. Previously, as a Research Scientist at Spotify from September 2017 to October 2020, Mathieu contributed to the AI-generated "Hello World" album by Skygge, which received significant media attention. Mathieu's earlier roles include Associate Researcher at Sony Computer Science Laboratory, where involvement in the Flow Machines project led to the development of the ReChord technology, and roles at IRCAM focused on audio identification and fingerprinting for European projects.
