Craig Howe, MBA, CPCC, PCC, ITCA (He/Him/His), has diverse work experience in various leadership and coaching roles. Craig currently works at Sounding Board, Inc as a Leadership Coach, where they support leaders in organizations globally. Craig is also involved in new coach enrollment analysis and was previously a Manager in New Coach Enrollment. Craig is a member of the Coach Community Council at Sounding Board.

In addition to their current role, Craig runs their own coaching business, Craig G. Howe (Un) Limited, where they provide leadership, team, and mentor coaching. Craig is a Foundation Member at CoachAid and specializes in Turning Learning into Action™ at Lever - Transfer of Learning, where they aim to improve learning transfer in organizations.

Craig has also worked as an Experiential Facilitator at The Wisdom Tree Academy, supporting individuals and organizations in mastering digital communication tools. Craig gained experience in business development and sales strategy as a Gallery Assistant at DegreeArt.com, where they supported sales activities at various art fairs.

Earlier in their career, Craig worked at UBS Wealth Management as a Desk Head, managing client relationships in Global Emerging Markets and leading a team of advisors. Craig also served as a Sales Manager, where they assisted in achieving sales targets and provided training on product solutions. Prior to UBS, Craig was a Prospect Research Manager at Citi, supporting business development activities and delivering training to relationship managers.

Craig's early career includes roles at Citi as a Relationship Manager for The Citigroup Private Bank and CitiGold Executive in International Personal Banking. Craig also built the Canary Wharf retail bank franchise and exceeded client expectations as a Relationship Manager at Citibank International. Before Citi, Craig worked as a Retail Banking Officer at Royal Bank of Scotland.

Craig Howe, MBA, CPCC, PCC, ITCA (He/Him/His) has a diverse education history. Craig obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the University of Brighton from 1993 to 1995. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Commercial Photography at Arts University Bournemouth, completing it from 2005 to 2006. Prior to their BA, they also completed a Foundation degree in Professional Photography at Arts University Bournemouth from 2003 to 2005.

Craig's educational journey continued with additional certifications and courses. In 2016, they earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation. Later, in 2019, they obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the same institution. Craig has also completed various coach training programs, including the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) program offered by the Co-Active Training Institute in 2015.

In recent years, Craig has focused on expanding their coaching skills and knowledge. Craig participated in the "Becoming a Transformative Presence" program at Coaches Rising in 2020. Additionally, they completed the "Alchemy, Co-Creating Chemistry" course at CRR UK in 2018. Craig's interest in psychology led him to enroll in the "Introduction to Psychology" course at Yale University in 2020.

Craig has further enhanced their coaching expertise through certifications. Craig obtained the Foundations Certified Coach certification from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) in 2020 and became a Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching from the same institution in 2021. Craig also holds the Individual Team Coach certifications at both foundations and practitioner levels from EMCC Global, obtained in 2020 and 2022 respectively. More recently, they completed the CCL Assessment Certification Course from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Sounding Board 1:1 Leadership Coach and Sounding Board Group Leadership Coach from Sounding Board, Inc., both to be obtained in 2023.
