Dave Huxtable, ACC, CPC

Dave Huxtable, ACC, CPC has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dave founded Dave Huxtable Diversity and Inclusion in 2016, where they specialize in coaching individuals and teams to excel in intercultural and diverse environments. Dave also works as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc since 2017. In addition, Dave has held various roles at the International Coach Federation - Orange County Chapter, including President and Director of Marketing and Communications. Prior to this, they worked at the British Council from 2005 to 2015, holding positions such as Director resources China / Director Beijing and Teaching Centre Manager / Country Exams manager. With their comprehensive background, Dave is well-equipped to support individuals and teams in maximizing their potential.

Dave Huxtable, ACC, CPC completed their Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of York, where they studied from 1980 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of Sounding Board 1:1 Leadership Coach from Sounding Board, Inc. in May 2023.
