Dr. Pylin Chuapetcharasopon has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and companies. Starting in 2015, Dr. Chuapetcharasopon worked at SHL as an Associate Consultant & Assessor on a contract basis. Following this, from 2015 to 2018, they served at Rogers Communications, first as a Senior Analyst in Organization Effectiveness & People Analytics and later as the Manager of OD Research & Advisory. In these roles, Dr. Chuapetcharasopon led program evaluations, presented findings to executives, and implemented recommendations for improvement.

In 2018, Dr. Chuapetcharasopon joined SPB Organizational Psychology as an Organizational Psychology Consultant, Coach, & Assessor. In this role, they conducted psychological assessments, provided feedback to hiring managers and HR managers, and coached high-potential leaders.

Moving forward, Dr. Chuapetcharasopon joined Vancouver Coastal Health in 2021 as a Talent Management, Client Partner. In this position, they designed and conducted executive assessments, improved interview processes, and created assessment analytics databases for strategic planning purposes.

In 2022, Dr. Chuapetcharasopon held multiple roles, including Associate Leadership Coach at both Peter Berry Consultancy and Humance | Culture & Performance. They also worked as an Associate Leadership Assessor at LHH and a Talent Testing Specialist at WorkSafeBC.

Most recently, in 2023, Dr. Chuapetcharasopon started working at Sounding Board, Inc. as a Sr. Behavioral Scientist. Their responsibilities in this role are not specified. Throughout their career, Dr. Chuapetcharasopon has shown a dedication to coaching, leadership development, assessment, and program evaluation.

Dr. Pylin Chuapetcharasopon's education history is as follows:
