Janice Lichtenwaldt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and History from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Later, they pursued an MBA in Sustainable Business from Pinchot University, completing their studies between 2007 and 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Janice Lichtenwaldt has acquired several certifications. Janice is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by the Co-Active Training Institute, having attained that credential in November 2017. Janice also holds the designation of a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation, which they obtained in July 2019.
