Jessica Smith, MA, PCC, CPCC is an experienced leader with 20 years of experience in building and leading marketing and operations teams. Jessica has worked in various organizations, including lean startups and global companies. In 2012, they founded their own coaching and consulting business, Jessica Smith Coaching, where they serve as the Founder, Executive Leadership Coach, and Facilitator. Jessica holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and has certifications from the International Coaching Federation and the Co-Active Training Institute.

Jessica has also worked as a leadership coach at Sounding Board, Inc since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp from February 2017 to April 2021, where they provided one-on-one coaching to clients at leading companies to enhance their leadership skills and find fulfillment in their work.

In addition, Jessica has worked as an independent marketing consultant for Intuit, Facebook, and Evernote, where they held various roles such as Director of Marketing and Marketing Strategy Consultant.

Jessica Smith, MA, PCC, CPCC has a strong education background in counseling psychology and coaching. Jessica received their Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Skidmore College. In 2015 to 2017, Jessica attended the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) where they obtained a degree in Co-Active Coaching (CPCC).

In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained several certifications. Jessica completed the CCL Assessment Certification Course from the Center for Creative Leadership in March 2023. Jessica also holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, which they obtained in January 2017.
