Kathleen Kirkish has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kathleen is currently working as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc, where they are involved in managing and measuring leadership development programs. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Coach and Consultant at Leadership Reimagined, assisting professionals in reimagining leadership and increasing their effectiveness. Kathleen also served as the Head of Learning & Development at Mozilla from 2017 to 2019. Kathleen has further worked as a Talent Development Consultant at Future State Inc., Director of Learning & Development at Gap Inc. Direct, Director of Training & Education at ULTA Beauty, and Senior Human Resources Development Consultant at DHL Worldwide Express. Kathleen has contributed their expertise in the field of learning and development while holding the positions of Director of Learning & Development at Gap Brand and Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Old Navy. Kathleen started their career at Bank of America and held the position of Vice President. Kathleen Kirkish has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their life. In 1969, they attended Sonoma State University, studying Liberal Studies for two years until 1971. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 1971 to further their education in the field of Education, completing their studies in 1972.

In 2002, Kathleen spent a year at the University of Phoenix, focusing on Business Administration. Subsequently, in 2010, they enrolled in New Ventures West to obtain their Integral Coaching certification. This certification was achieved in September 2010.

Additionally, Kathleen attained memberships and certifications relevant to their coaching career. In August 2020, they became a member of the INTERNATIONAL COACH FEDERATION SAN FRANCISCO SF COACHES. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Integral Coach designation from New Ventures West in September 2010.
