Lauren Morley Hutto is the Vice President of Sounding Board, Inc. where Lauren Morley Hutto, leads the strategic implementation and growth of their Dynamic Leadership Development Platform. Lauren Morley Hutto, also serves as a Leadership and Executive Coach at the company, offering a tech-driven and human-centric approach to leadership development. Prior to their current role, Lauren was the Coaching Manager at The Kempe Center for the Prevention & Treatment of Child Abuse & Neglect, where Lauren Morley Hutto, designed and managed a coaching program for the leaders of child welfare departments. Lauren has a background in social work and psychology, with additional training in emotional intelligence and coaching.
