Stephanie Lam MSc, MCC (ICF), MP (EMCC), ESIA is a seasoned leadership coach with extensive experience in coaching and consulting roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc. since 2021, Stephanie also holds positions as an Iridescent Mentor Coach and Coaching Supervisor, as well as a trainer for ICF ACTP programs with Coacharya. Additional roles include being an Expatiate Coach and Consultant at NetExpat and a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at Right Management. Stephanie's educational background includes a Master of Science in Training & Performance Management from the University of Leicester and a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy. With a diverse skill set in coaching and human resources, Stephanie has dedicated expertise in leadership development and cross-cultural coaching.
