Suzanne Smith, CPCC, is a seasoned Leadership and Communications Coach with extensive experience in empowering entrepreneurs and executives to enhance their leadership and communication skills. Since June 2010, Suzanne has been self-employed, offering personalized coaching to help clients achieve clarity in their goals. Currently, Suzanne serves as a Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc., focusing on scalable leadership development programs. Previously, Suzanne was a Virtual and Face-to-Face Coach with Mind Gym, delivering workshops to clients such as Telefónica and PayPal. As an Advisor and Associate Lecturer at IE University, Suzanne mentored students in corporate communications, emphasizing real-world applications. Earlier in their career, Suzanne founded and managed the Madrid office of Archetype Spain, establishing it as one of Spain’s leading PR agencies. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in French Studies from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by international education experiences.
