William H. Morley

William H. Morley is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational change. Serving as President of ExCL Group, LLC since May 1999, William has cultivated executive relationships with Fortune-class companies to enhance consulting engagements. Currently, William is an Executive Leadership Coach at Sounding Board, Inc. and has held various positions at the Center for Creative Leadership, including Adjunct Faculty and Senior Faculty, where William H. has contributed to numerous leadership development initiatives. William also served as Vice President of Global Talent Development at Patheon and held leadership roles in career management services at Right Management Consultants, Inc. and Corporate Reengineering at Comdisco Continuity Services. William's educational background includes degrees from the University of Kansas, Nashotah House Episcopal Theological Seminary, and the Graduate Theological Foundation.
