Matthew Ziemba has extensive experience in law enforcement, beginning in 1989 as a Police Officer for the City of Arcadia Police Department. Matthew then joined the City of Anaheim in 1993, where they held various roles, including Police Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Detective Sergeant for Financial Crimes, and Lieutenant. In their roles at the City of Anaheim, Ziemba was responsible for managing investigative teams, resolving personnel complaints, providing training and resources, and overseeing community outreach programs. Matthew also served as a Sergeant for the Major Incident Review Team and as an Investigator for Hudson Investigations. Currently, Ziemba works as a Customer Success Director at SoundThinking, where they provide insight and guidance to customers of the CrimeTracer solution based on their extensive law enforcement background.
Matthew Ziemba holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from California Southern University. Matthew has also obtained additional certifications, including the Gainsight End User Certification and the CS Skills: Durable Growth Playbook.
