Magnus Hilding

Magnus Hilding serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Source.ag since January 2025, focusing on leveraging AI to promote sustainable agriculture globally. Prior to this role, Magnus was the VP of Engineering at Silo from January 2022 to January 2025, where the expansion of the product line significantly enhanced the company's offerings. Magnus also held the position of VP Engineering at Ghost Autonomy, leading the development of AI-driven self-driving technologies from April 2018 to June 2021. In earlier roles, Magnus contributed to Automile and CloudCar™ as VP Engineering, driving product innovation and team growth. Magnus's career at Sony Mobile Communications includes various leadership roles, culminating as Director of Engineering, where the development of the first Android Watch device was a notable achievement. Educational qualifications include Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from both The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and ETH Zürich.
