Diana Graciano

Project Manager at Source Meridian

Diana Graciano has over 8 years of professional experience in project management and engineering. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager for Source Meridian. From 2015 to 2021, they worked for Empresas Públicas de Medellín - EPM, where they held two roles: Profesional Gestión de Proyectos e Ingeniería and Profesional Gestión de Proyectos e Ingeniería. In their first role, they managed hydroelectric projects, and in their second role, they participated and executed a productivity project for the T&D Energy business. From 2013 to 2012, they worked as an Investigating Engineer for Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). During this time, they also worked as a Design Engineer for Gonvarri Steel Services, where they designed and analyzed new products, provided technical advice to external and internal clients, and ensured product quality standards. In 2012, they also held a Practicante en Ingeniería Mecánica role at Empresas Públicas de Medellín - EPM, where they provided support in the operation and maintenance area.

Diana Graciano has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad de Antioquia, which they obtained between 2006 and 2012. Diana then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Internal Combustion Engines from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) between 2013 and 2014. In 2019, they completed an Specialist degree in Project Management and Administration at UNIMINUTO Colombia. Additionally, Diana has obtained certifications in SQL Training from Source Meridian in October 2021, as well as Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate SFPC and Scrum Master Professional Certificate SMPC from CertiProf.
