Vi Chung

Vi Chung has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. They began their career as an Assistant Network Administrator at Keystone Technical Institute, where they installed network wires, routers, and switches. They also maintained computers, troubleshooted hardware and software issues, and implemented server migrations. They then worked as an IT Support Technician at CompuCom, assisting with software upgrades and equipment removal. At Advanced Technology Services, Vi served as a Level 1 Technician, handling laptop and desktop refresh projects. They also worked at CompuCom as a Deskside Support Technician, providing help desk support and managing PC refreshes. At Atos, Vi worked as a Desktop Support Analyst, resolving IT tickets, performing PC refreshes, and assisting Johnson & Johnson clients. Most recently, Vi joined Source One Technical Solutions as an IT Laboratory Engineer.

Vi Chung attended the Franklin Learning Center from 2004 to 2008, where they completed the Information Technology Program and received a Diploma in 2008. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Keystone Technical Institute, where they pursued a degree in Computer Networking and Internet Technologies. Most recently, in 2018 and 2019, Vi attended the Automotive Training Center, focusing on Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology/Technician.
