Shani Elbaz

Shani Elbaz is an experienced R&D Project Manager at Source Tactical Gear since August 2021, with a robust background in product design, particularly in textile products and soft materials. Prior experience includes serving as a Research and Development Designer at Helek Studio from November 2018 to June 2021, working on diverse projects for military, medical, infant, sports, travel, and styling applications. Shani also served as an Air Force Course Instructor in the Israel Defense Forces from November 2008 to November 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Holon Institute of Technology and a degree as a Mechanical Practical Engineer from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
