About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Credit Control Executive to join our Finance team. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization by efficiently managing and collecting outstanding debts. 

Essential functions, responsibilities, and duties: 

  • Responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts through phone calls or email, and other appropriate actions
  • Work closely with sales personnel to maintain good customer credit control
  • Investigate and resolve queries and disputes relating to billing and outstanding invoices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles
  • Liaise with stakeholders on legal matters pertaining to recovery of delinquent accounts
  • Process and timely issuance of Statement of accounts and follow up on delinquent payment
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Skills and requirements: 

  • Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Credit Control function
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills and able to take initiative
  • A good team player with positive working attitude
