Laura dela Cruz

Laura Dela Cruz is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Executive Communications Manager at SourceAmerica since May 2024. Previously, Laura worked as a Sr. Specialist in Employee Engagement & Corporate Communications at SHRM from June 2023 to February 2024. Prior roles include Communications Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Assistant at Bohler from October 2017 to June 2023, as well as an Executive Assistant Intern at International Justice Mission from July 2014 to July 2015. In addition, Laura was a Teaching Assistant for the Classroom Communications for International Teaching Assistants course at the University of Virginia from August 2013 to May 2014 and completed an internship at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) maintaining the website for the Toxic Substances Hydrology Program. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia, where studies occurred from 2010 to 2014, including a study abroad program in 2013.
