Ransom Holliday

Ransom Holliday is a seasoned professional in workforce development with extensive experience at SourceAmerica, where Ransom has held several key roles since November 2018, advancing from Policy Specialist to Senior Subject Matter Expert. In the current role, Ransom focuses on maximizing financial assistance programs and orchestrating large-scale events connecting more than 400 nonprofit agencies. Prior experience includes leading project teams for national conferences, coordinating with the Department of Defense, and monitoring key legislation impacting the disability community. Ransom also has a background in research and community engagement from work with The Bridge Progressive Arts Initiative and an internship at SourceAmerica. Ransom holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's Degree in American Government and Politics from the same institution.
