Starting with almost nothing, except his can do philosophy, Arthur has provided the vision and energy that continues to drive Source Code today.

Over the years, Arthur has experienced the growing pains and challenges of running a business. This has helped to develop an intuition and appreciation for the day-to-day and long term issues that businesses face. He has created a culture that rewards innovation and loyalty resulting in totally satisfied employees and customers. Arthur's relationships with Source Code customers are almost legendary and the stories that customers tell of how he helped them out of difficult situations in the past are numerous.

Recently, Arthur laid the foundation to ensure the legacy of the company he founded. And to best serve his goal of providing long term continuity of Source Code, he made the decision to hand over ownership and convert the company to an employee owned organization. This has not only provided a course of action for his long term plan but has also added a new level of excitement and commitment from the employees.

And because of the ESOP, employees clearly understand that their success is directly linked to their customer's success. Which means that every single SCC employee is focused on meeting the needs of the customer...both today and in the future!
