Heather Shrewsbury

Heather Shrewsbury has worked in a variety of roles in the software engineering and entertainment industries. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at Sourceful, a platform for sustainable sourcing. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at AMMP Technologies, a management solution for energy operations, from 2020-2021. Heather also worked as a Software Engineer at High Voltage Software from 2017-2020, an Engineer at Moonbot Studios from 2012-2017, an Adjunct Faculty at Pasadena City College from 2011-2012, a Research Assistant at Oregon State University from 2010-2011, a Freelance Character Animator in 2009, a Transcriber at Pilotware in 2009, a Retakes Assistant at Fox Television Animation in 2008, and a Freelance Production Assistant at Reality TV in 2007.

Heather Shrewsbury has a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 2020. Heather also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Digital Communication & Multimedia from the University of Central Florida. In addition, they attended Edinburgh College of Art, studying Animation. Heather has also obtained four certifications: a Game Animation Workshop from Animation Mentor in 2016, an Interactive Computer Graphics with WebGL from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2015, an Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python from Coursera in 2012, and a ZBrush 101 from Studio Arts, Ltd. in 2009.
