Angelica Hicks

Angelica Hicks began their work experience in 2015 as a Science Teacher and ESL Teacher at Altamira International School. In 2015, they also started working as a Program Officer at Princeton in Latin America (PiLA), a role they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Hicks worked at Equal Exchange as a Fair Trade Supply Chain Coordinator, and from 2019 to 2021, they served as the Banana Strategic Sourcing and Category Lead at the same company. In 2021, Hicks joined Lotus Foods as a Supply Chain Specialist. Currently, they are working at Sourcemap: the Supply Chain Mapping Company, where they started in 2022 as a Client Success Associate and moved on to the role of Senior Implementation Specialist III in 2023.

Angelica Hicks holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology and Spanish from the University of Miami. In 2019, they completed an online program through Harvard Business School called CORe Credential of Readiness. Currently, Angelica is pursuing a Master's degree in Cooperativismo y gestión socioempresarial at Mondragon Unibertsitatea, expected to be completed in 2024.
