Madeline Hvasta is a software engineer who currently works at Sourcemap, a supply chain transparency company. Madeline also coordinated the Coalition's first state lobby trips and supported grant awardees in producing over 30 communication pieces. Her advocacy efforts led to the passage of federal legislation and the creation of a new conservation program. In addition to their work in policy and conservation, Madeline also managed communications for New Jersey Audubon, including their biweekly newsletter, press releases, website maintenance, advocacy alert system, and social media.

Madeline Hvasta is a Fullstack Academy of Code graduate, a University of Wisconsin-Madison alumna, and a College of New Jersey alumna. Madeline is also a Delaware River Watershed Network Fellow and a School for Field Studies alumna. Madeline has completed courses on GIS on the Web and CSS Essential Training 1 & 2 through LinkedIn.
