Neil Colton

Neil Colton is a professional photographer based in Washington, DC, with extensive experience in portrait, lifestyle, travel, and fine art photography. Neil Colton has provided architectural photography services to architects, design firms, realtors, and developers throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. As a contract photographer for Source Media, Neil Colton specializes in editorial and commercial portraits for clients in the financial and banking sectors. Past roles include freelance photography for various magazines and newspapers, as well as serving as a lead instructor at The Washington Photo Safari, where courses in multiple photographic disciplines were taught. Neil Colton has also contributed to humanitarian efforts by photographing children supported by The Lazarus Project Haiti. Prior to the photography career, Neil Colton worked as an architectural designer and project coordinator, earning notable awards such as the AIA Honor Award and the Chrysalis Design Award. Education includes studies at the Washington School of Photography and Maine Media.
