Joan Pearse

Joan Pearse is an experienced Arts and Education Manager at SourcePoint - Thrive After 55, where responsibilities include facilitating the Volunteer Group of the Year, managing arts and education programs, teaching arts classes, directing art exhibits, and developing programs aimed at enhancing lifelong learning for seniors. Previously, Joan served as the Arts and Education Director, focusing on programming for individuals aged 55 and older and teaching various creative courses. Prior experience includes directing the Journeys to Wellness program at the Marion Senior Center, where Joan implemented numerous wellness initiatives and engaged in grant writing and fundraising efforts. Joan holds a Master of Public Administration from Cleveland State University and Bachelor degrees in Fine Art and Art Education from The Ohio State University.
