Paramjeet Singh Bhamra, AMP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the mortgage industry.

- Paramjeet joined Sourcepoint in 2019, where they held the role of Director of Mortgage Solutions and Presales until January 2021. Paramjeet Singh then transitioned to the position of Vice President - Mortgage Solutions, Marketing, and Business Excellence.

- Prior to Sourcepoint, Paramjeet worked at Sutherland from 2010 to 2019. During their tenure, they served as a Director of Mortgage Solutions and Operations Excellence, supporting sales and overseeing process re-engineering and automation efforts. Paramjeet Singh also held the position of Sr. Manager responsible for creating B2B BPO solutions and pricing. Before that, Paramjeet was an Operations Manager for underwriting and closing activities and a Retail Branch Manager overseeing sales and fulfillment.

- Between 2005 and 2010, Paramjeet worked at Adventity Global Services Pvt. Ltd as a Program Manager for Mortgage Sales Support and Fulfillment in India. There, they focused on improving performance and profitability of offshore mortgage operations. Paramjeet's responsibilities included managing employee growth, P&L, customer service, and process improvement.

Paramjeet Singh Bhamra, AMP completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounts and Maths from P D Lions College of Commerce, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Sales Transformation and Results from FranklinCovey in July 2021, and in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Sutherland in March 2017.
