Marco Tapia

Marco Tapia is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in directing and managing engineering teams across various technology firms. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at SourceScrub since April 2022, Marco focuses on developing client application strategies and overseeing a diverse group of professionals, including architects and AI engineers. Previously, Marco held the role of Engineering Manager at Cisco Meraki, where leadership in the engineering GO TO MARKET effort led to successful product delivery within a year. Marco's career includes positions as Director of Engineering at Zignal Labs, where Marco defined engineering roadmaps, and Engineering Manager roles at Conversant, LLC, and Admios, contributing to the development of user-facing products and enterprise solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical and Environmental Informatics from the Tokyo Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua.
