Marianna Antenucci

Marianna Antenucci has a strong background in human resources and people management. Marianna is currently the Head of People & Culture at Sourcesense since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Coach at Asterys Lab - Scuola di Coaching starting in June 2021. Marianna also served as a Formator at MIUR from February 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior HR Business Partner - People & Culture at Beta 80 Group from February 2019 to February 2020 and as an HR Manager at Fincons Group from September 2013 to January 2019. In addition, they gained experience as an HR Specialist at nike web consulting from October 2009 to August 2013. Marianna started their career as an Operatore di Placement (Orientatore) at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in May 2009.

Marianna Antenucci obtained a Master's degree in Acceleration of the HR Business Partner role from Scuderia Formazione di FiordiRisorse in 2021. Marianna also completed Advanced Professional Coaching MasteryAPCM - 2° LIVELLO from Asterys Lab in 2021 and Professional Coaching MasteryAPCM - 1° LIVELLO Skills from Asterys Lab in 2020. In 2010, they received a certification in "Operator in orientation and employment services" from SOUL, in collaboration with the Faculty of Philosophy at Sapienza University of Rome. In 2009, they acquired a Master's degree in Marketing and Digital Communication 2.0 from Centro Studi Comunicare l'Impresa. Marianna holds a Bachelor's degree in Literature from Sapienza University of Rome, with a specialization in "Literature, Italian and European Studies". Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in Scientific Analysis of Non-Verbal Behavior, focused on Human Resources Management and Services, from NCS - NeuroComScienze in 2017.
