Deborah Alvarez Neff

Deborah Alvarez Neff is currently the VP of Operations at Sourcetoad, LLC. Deborah has previously worked as the Director of Operations for Tampa Bay WaVE, a Project Manager for Verizon Wireless, and a Contract Administrator and Manager for Ramcon Inc and Tony's Discount Tobacco, respectively.

Throughout their various positions, Deborah has been recognized as a successful leader and manager. At Tampa Bay WaVE, they were responsible for helping entrepreneurs build, launch, and grow their tech ventures. At Verizon Wireless, they were selected to lead the implementation of area programs for training of direct and indirect channel teams. And at Ramcon Inc, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's contract administration.

Deborah is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in various management positions. Deborah is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow.

Deborah Alvarez Neff has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and is certified by the Scrum Alliance in Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T).
