Sourcewise
Adrianna Stankovich is currently working as the Supervising Care Manager for Caregivers Network at Sourcewise since March 2021. Prior to that, Adrianna held a position as a Case Manager at the City of Cupertino from May 2016 to February 2021. Adrianna also worked as a Care Manager at Sunnyvale Senior Center from November 2012 to May 2016, and at Ursuline Senior Services from November 2008 to March 2011. Adrianna holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Public and International Affairs - Human Security from the University of Pittsburgh-Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (2004 - 2008), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Russian Studies from the University of the Pacific - School of International Studies (1997 - 2002).

Through a comprehensive network of resources, Sourcewise strives to educate, prepare, support, and advocate for all adults, their families, and their caregivers within Santa Clara County. We work to coordinate services and support systems across a network of state and local organizations and help empower our community by providing access to information and support resources.
