Saumya Prasad Swain started their career in 2012 as an Engineering Trainee at Gangadhar Construction. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Executive at Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd. In 2016, they worked as a Dealer Success Executive at OLX Group. In 2018, they worked as a Category Account Manager at Droom Technology. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Manager at CARS24. In 2021, they worked as a Manager, Customer Success at Innoviti Payment Solutions. Currently, they are working as an Onboarding Manager at Sourcewiz where they are responsible for working with the Head of Onboarding to solve onboarding-related problems, managing the onboarding team in allocating the work, training the team, analyzing customer data, and figuring out the best ways to structure the dataset to quickly onboard the customer.

Saumya Prasad Swain has a diverse educational background. In 2005-2007, they attended S.H.Mahavidyalaya, where they obtained their 12th degree in Science. Saumya Prasad then went on to Koustuv School Of Engineering and obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2007-2010. After that, they attended Institute Of Mechanical Engineer, where they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Mechanical Engineering in 2011-2014. Most recently, in 2020-2021, they attended Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and obtained their PGM in Program in Management. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2021, and Learning Excel 2016 from LinkedIn in April 2020.
