Lutendo Makhadi

Lutendo Makhadi serves as the Chief Audit Executive at South African National Parks (SANParks) since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in internal auditing across various sectors. Previously, Lutendo held the position of Chief Director at Gauteng Provincial Government and acted as the Chief Audit Executive there. Lutendo's expertise includes roles at Deloitte as a Manager in Internal Audit, where responsibilities encompassed developing audit plans and overseeing audit assignments. Lutendo also served as the Independent Chairperson of the Risk Management Committee at the Limpopo Department of Agriculture & Rural Development until March 2024. Educational credentials include a Certified Internal Auditor designation, a Post Graduate Diploma in Internal Auditing from the University of South Africa, and a National Diploma in Internal Auditing, among others.
