Joel Ballew

Joel Ballew is the Chief People Officer and founder of Coventus Space, where a vision was realized to create amenity-driven shared workspaces for the Latin workforce in Colombia. Since 2018, Joel has also served as a missionary with SOUTH AMERICA MISSION, INC. Previous experience includes a decade at OMEGA Benefit Group, where Joel held positions from Sales Executive to President, managing operations in the southeast region and focusing on benefits management. Additional roles include coaching positions at Albion College and Toccoa Falls College. Joel Ballew earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Toccoa Falls College, following education at Greater Atlanta Christian School.
