Thesia Gervelie Kouloungou-Nkoula

Thesia Gervelie Kouloungou-Nkoula currently serves as the Head of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Turn2us since April 2023, overseeing Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Co-Production initiatives. In addition, Thesia holds the position of Non-Executive Director/Trustee at South Bank Colleges starting June 2023. Previously, Thesia worked as the Inclusion, Diversity and Policy Manager at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) from January 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading Social Mobility efforts. Other notable roles include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Independent Age and various positions at The National Lottery Community Fund, where Thesia was involved in EDI leadership and funding operations. Thesia's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Journalism and Sociology from the University of Northampton, along with GCSE and A-Levels from City College Norwich and Notre Dame High School.
