Scott Peterson

Scott Peterson has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Project Superintendent at South Bay Construction since September 2011, where skill development and challenges have been prevalent. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Superintendent at Principal Builders from June 2008 to September 2010, managing high-end tenant improvement projects and coordinating various stakeholders. Additional experience includes a short tenure at Signature Stairs as an on-site manager for custom kitchen remodels and Construction Manager roles at Lennar Homes and Van/Catlin, overseeing multiple home constructions and small commercial projects, including historical restoration. Scott's education stems from practical experience in the industry.
