Deborah Shepard

Deborah Shepard, CMP, CHSP, has extensive experience in workforce development and sales management. Currently serving as the Career Pathways Coordinator for the South Bay Workforce Investment Board since February 2016, Deborah focuses on building strategic workforce pipelines in non-traditional industries. As an Independent Contractor and Principal Consultant at destinationExcellence, Deborah is dedicated to helping organizations achieve excellence. Additionally, Deborah actively engages with educational initiatives as an Industry Coach for hospitality academies, promoting career exploration among students. Previous roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach and Regional Director of Sales at ConventionPlanit.com, among others. Deborah holds an M.Ed. from Temple University and a BA from Michigan State University.
