Weston Troyer

Weston Troyer's work experience began in 2011 as an intern at The Aluminum Trailer Company. Weston then worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Radiation Oncology Resources from July 2012 to May 2014. From May 2014 to February 2015, Weston worked in Sales and Customer Relations at Stair Supplies. In February 2015, they joined Goshen Health as a Process Improvement Consultant and remained in that role until November 2020. In November 2020, Weston became the Executive Director of Operations at the South Bend Medical Foundation. Weston later transitioned to the role of Chief Operating Officer in January 2023.

Weston Troyer has a solid education history with degrees in various fields of study. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Bethel University and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations. Prior to that, they attended Goshen College from 2010 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, with a focus on General business studies.
