Tracy Davis

Tracy Davis, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources at South Bend Public Transportation Corporation (Transpo) since December 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions, addressing employment claims, and developing best practices in HR policies. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Human Resources Manager at Quality Dining, Inc., focusing on manpower planning and recruiting strategies. Earlier experience includes a seasonal role as Branch Employment Coordinator at TruGreen, managing candidate flow for staffing needs, and a position as Purchasing Agent at Heartland RV's, where procurement and inventory management were key duties.
