Lily Roach

Lily Roach is currently serving as the Active Philanthropy Chair at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters and as a Campus Manager for South By Sea, both positions held since early 2024. With extensive experience in retail, Lily has been a Retail Associate at Kelsey Elizabeth Cakes since July 2021 and previously worked at Urban Outfitters and Chick-fil-A, where responsibilities included customer service, cash handling, and training new employees. Lily began the professional journey in 2019 as a Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A and has also worked at Mitchell's Ice Cream. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising at Kent State University, Lily is set to graduate in 2027, following a high school diploma from North Ridgeville High School in 2023.
