Adam Ness

Adam Ness is an experienced attorney and legal professional currently serving as President of the Bamberg County Bar since October 2022, where events for local attorneys are organized. In addition, Adam has been a Litigation Attorney at Bamberg Legal, LLC since November 2021 and has held the role of Delegate for the South Carolina Bar since March 2015, representing the 2nd South Carolina Judicial Circuit. Previous positions include Associate Attorney at Ness & Jett, LLC from August 2013 to October 2021, Law Clerk to the Honorable D.A. Early, III at The Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit from August 2012 to July 2013, and summer law clerk roles at Ness and Jett in 2010 and 2011. Adam holds a JD from Charleston School of Law and a B.S. in Information Technology from Furman University, along with relevant experience in technical roles and law clerking prior to practicing law.
