Brandan Palmer

Brandan Palmer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and analysis. Currently serving as Hub Manager at the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce since October 2016, Brandan oversees UI staff functions, ensuring compliance and performance goals are met in the Charleston and Beaufort UI Hub Claims Center. Previously, Brandan worked as a Workflow Analyst, coordinating statewide workflow and distribution of items in line with guidelines. Brandan's career also includes a role as Disability Examiner at South Carolina Vocational Rehab, where Federal disability claims were reviewed and processed. Earlier experience as Retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Hibbett Sporting Goods involved overseeing operations and sales. Brandan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from South Carolina State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Charleston Southern University.
