The South Carolina Environmental Law Project (SCELP) is a non-profit public interest law organization, dedicated to the protection of South Carolina's land, water and communities. We are the only public-interest environmental law organization that focuses exclusively on South Carolina.

The Legal Team at the South Carolina Environmental Law Project (SCELP) litigates and advocates for the protection of South Carolina's natural resources and communities. They provide legal expertise, representing individuals, community groups, and conservation organizations in cases involving environmental law. The team also collaborates on policy initiatives and conducts public educational programs to support environmental conservation.
