Matthew Powell has worked as the VP of Information Security at South Carolina Federal Credit Union since October 2001. Matthew'saccomplishments at the credit union include converting the WAN connection to a new carrier without downtime, reducing telecom expense by 50% over a 60-month contract, and improving throughput. Prior to that, they worked as an AS/400 Operator at Mikasa, Inc from August 2000 to October 2001. In this role, they performed AS/400 backups, ran jobs to produce reports, and repaired and updated PCs, laser printers, and thermal printers.
