Kate Maroney

Kate Maroney has extensive experience working in various roles within government and communications. Kate currently serves as the Research Director for the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee in the South Carolina Senate. Prior to this, Kate held positions in the U.S. House of Representatives and Palmetto Promise Institute. Kate's responsibilities have included managing legislative correspondence, coordinating meetings, developing relationships with stakeholders, and handling media communications. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington.
