Michael Meikle

Michael Meikle is a dedicated vocational specialist currently employed at Americanworks Inc since August 2018, while also serving as a job coach for the South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department and the South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Association since September 2017. In these roles, Michael assists individuals with disabilities in securing competitive employment. Additional experience includes working as a sales associate at Sherwin-Williams, where assistance is provided to wholesale and retail customers, and as a mover/non-CDL driver at American Moving and Hauling, focusing on customer service during moving operations. Previous experience also includes a sales associate role at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and a phonathon associate position at Winston-Salem State University, where strong communication skills were utilized to engage with potential donors. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Science from Winston-Salem State University, attained in 2017.
